    At The House, Erin is responsible for leading executive, corporate and external communications strategies and tactics that establish the retailer as the industry leader in fashion, inclusivity and environmental responsibility/sustainability. She also leads the partnerships division, connecting the brand to influential talent, collaborations, partnerships, events and conversations that align with the House's mission and values.

    Previously, Erin was the Global Marketing Director of Rubikloud Technologies, the world leader in AI software for enterprise retailers. She was accountable for all aspects of marketing and communications, including digital, social, content, demand generation, events, public relations, internal communications and employee engagement. Prior to joining Rubikloud, she worked in corporate communications and public relations at some of the most iconic Canadian brands, including lululemon and Shopify. Throughout her career, she can be credited with many industry “firsts” – including creating lululemon’s first ever digital influencer program, launching the lululemon brand outside of North America and creating Shopify’s first ever media experience.

    Erin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Professional Writing and a Graduate Certificate in Public Relations from the University of Victoria, and an MBA from Queens University.

    Bryan Palma is a marketing professional with over a decade of experience across product marketing, brand management, and sales. He is currently Senior Manager of Marketing at Kinaxis, a leading supply chain management software company that is revolutionizing planning. Bryan is responsible for go-to-market strategy and product marketing with a focus on communicating value to prospective and existing customers.

    Bryan’s previous experiences span across Software, Consumer Electronics, Retail, and Consumer Packaged Goods (Rubikloud, Muse, Target, Reckitt Benckiser). At Muse: the brain sensing headband, Bryan led marketing across all retail channels (including Amazon, Best Buy, Target), helping to make meditation more accessible to consumers looking for an interactive way to start a meditation practice. At Target, Bryan launched the household paper category in Canada as part of Target’s first international expansion. Bryan also managed the Boys Toys category, developing go-to-market strategy for brands such as Star Wars, Avengers, and Paw Patrol. At Reckitt Benckiser, Bryan led multiple product launches and marketing campaigns for the Air Care category, including the largest growing Air Wick Holiday program.
