We're just going to say it: the work of achieving gender diversity in the workplace is never done and it's not about checking a box. Gender diversity is a massive priority and it benefits your bottom line. There is more to accomplish and you can either play a role or increase your impact. According to a study done by Korn Ferry, "women outperform men in 11 of the 12 key emotional intelligence competencies". The competitive edge is here to stay, and we're here to embrace this upward rise. So, what can you do to propel it forward? It's time to talk.

Presented by BDO Canada, Sandbox Centre invites you to join an intimate and interactive session that will explore the unknown advantages of women empowerment in the workplace and the importance of being an internal champion for growth.

On Friday March 4, 2022, hear from Suzanne Trusdale, Vice-President of Small Medium Business Sales at TELUS, providing knowledge on the importance of creating development and leadership opportunities for women within organizations and how it plays a key role in talent growth. NEXT, step outside your comfort zone and into an untraditional virtual landscape (bye bye Zoom!) as you embrace the opportunity to be a part of an intimate conversation with one of four trailblazing female leaders in business committed to moving the needle on equity in the workplace on many different levels. Walk away with unique insights and approaches to talent attraction and retention, in addition to implementable new ideas on strengthening supports for investing in female leadership and overall organizational growth.
