Discussing effective strategies for IP commercialization and success. Intellectual Property (IP) commercialization is becoming exceedingly important for small businesses and entrepreneurs alike to consider. In Part 1 of 3, IP Osgoode will outline how to commercialize your intellectual property. The key aspects of commercialization stem from properly managing your intellectual property portfolio. With a properly managed portfolio, you can monetize your IP in several ways and reduce potential competitors from encroaching on your business.
