The existence of inequality and bias is rising all over the world. The need to create meaningful, lasting change and impact is only growing stronger. 


Even in organizations striving to lead their industries on diversity and inclusion, many current "gold standard" interventions are not effectively reducing bias or inequality. 


 Sandbox Centre, and Partners committed to making change, excitedly invite you to join the Equity SequenceTM  Program. Become equipped with the framework and tool that can be used in every day life, work, and any key decision to reduce bias, make it more inclusive, and equitable. Delivered virtually, this program will have you making change from day one with one question and one decision at a time when applying to real-world scenarios. PHASE 1: LAUNCHING THE PRACTICE

NOVEMBER 3, 2021 | 1:00 P.M. TO 2:00 P.M.


Participants connect to and discuss the compelling reasons, both social and organizational, to advance equity, diversity, and inclusion. Introduction to the Equity SequenceTM, a series of focused questions they can apply individually and collectively when making key decisions. From a peer demonstration see how the Equity SequenceTM can be applied in practice.


PHASE 2: SELF-PACED ONLINE LEARNING

NOVEMBER 4TH TO NOVEMBER 16 | ONLINE


Participants will learn the Equity SequenceTM online. Learners practice applying the Equity SequenceTM to one or more relevant case studies of their choice before ultimately applying it to work they're doing already, anyway. Have collaborative, effective, and engaging virtual conversations about building equity, while applying those learnings to these real-life scenarios. Learners will have identified exciting near-term and real-world opportunities to apply the Equity SequenceTM to the benefit of your organization, your culture, and the people you serve.


PHASE 3: ADVANCING & APPLYING - LIVE REFLECTION

NOVEMBER 17, 2021 | 1:00 P.M. TO 2:00 P.M.


Participants will work together by connecting to and discussing the compelling reasons, both social and organizational, to advance equity, diversity, and inclusion. Here we can crystallize and reflect on learnings, troubleshoot any particular challenges that came up, and explore opportunities for collaboration, expansion, and application. Be supported in identifying the linkage between business challenges and equality challenges. Together we apply the Equity SequenceTM for your chance to uncover – together – opportunities to make it more equitable and inclusive for all!
